Laser machine needs to be maintained regularly in right ways. Here are some tips for our customers.

Firstly, the cooling system of the laser machine should be grounded, and to clean the water tanks and water regularly. We must control the cooling water tank temperature to be reasonable.

Secondly, the water protection should be inspected regularly, cooling water quality should be good. As the tap aluminum oxide is too serious ,we need to clean pumps and pipes regularly .Otherwise the laser tube of the laser machine is easy to blast.

Thirdly, the suction devices of laser machine should be checked and clean up regularly ,as there is too much of dust. Otherwise, lots of smoke and dust can’t be discharged, there will be serious pollution to the lens and laser tube. And the working environment for the laser machine should be good. If the environmental temperature is higher than 30 degree or lower than 18 degree. And with lots of dust and serious air pollution. Then the laser machine will be damaged seriously. The fault rate will be increasing. So we recommend our customer need to maintain the machine regularly and keep good working environment.

Lastly, the work table of laser cutting machine should keep in level with the material to be processed. Or the focus for different place will be different. Then the materials can’t be cut through. To cut through the materials, we need to increase the light intensity, which will cause the aging of the laser tube.
