Most chillers have the function of low temperature protection, i.e., stop heat elimination fan when the water temperature is lower than 10℃. Thus, the high temperature should be considered seriously. If the temperature of the working environment is high, high power chiller should be chosen.
Requirements of the laser processing technology to the temperature of cooling water.
