Installation Project

Requirements of installation of orientation transmission shaft:

The transmission shaft can rotate freely.

The synchronizing wheel is tight.

The shaft and the wheel should be integrated and the bearing inside diameter, bearing outside diameter and the shaft should be well matched. No loose, or jump, or grating is allowed.

Requirements of installation of laser diode cover and back lids:

Insert all the tightening screws without omission.

Even surface and there are no nicks on the spray plastic surface.

Requirements of installation of lead rail on left/right:

Pay attention to its parallelism.

The beam should be smooth without resistance, jump or grating when patted with hands.

Requirement of installation of beam groupware:

There is no abrasion between dust cover and lead rail.

The slipper slips well.

The tension of belts are proper and there is no distortion or tangling with air pipe.

Support bases on left and right are vertical to the beam and there is no crack on the lead roller. It can rotate freely and firmly tightened to the support base.

The towline works well with smooth air flow.

X direction tension wheel is not declining and it rotates freely without obvious jump. Its tensions degree is proper.

The main axis of the motor is not bent and has no conical pendulum.

Inside part of air pipes and beams should be straight and thin and it should not be entangled with belts.

Requirements of installation of synchronizing belts:

The tightness should be proper and there should be no distortion

Buckle up the belts firmly and the appearance should be even.

Requirements of installation of water protector groupware:

The sealing tape is correctly wound and the part covered should not beyond the connection end surface of the water pipe.

The amount of sealing tape should be proper and there should be no water leakage.

Projects of debugging of the whole machine:

Adjustment of the verticality of the beam to the side plate

Adjustment of the tightness of each belt

Adjustment of the eccentric gear of the supporting base

Adjustment of the gap between the air ejector and the station panel

Common failure in station panel adjustment

The following common failures require skilled coping capacity gained from operation practice.

The lead roller does not move freely and there is abrasion between it and the lead rail or it’s broken.

There is gap between some lead roller and the lead rail.

The gap between the slipping block and the lead rail increases and is loose.

The beam is not vertical to the side plate.

X direction and Y direction tension wheel don’t rotate freely.

The air pipe is broken.

The tightness of synchronizing belt is not proper.

The gap between the air ejector and the station plate is too wide.

There is too much flow resistance or abnormal noise when moving the slipper or moving the beam.

The synchronizing wheel is loose.

Bearing of the transmission shaft is broken.

Gas spring of the upper lid is broken.

The handles of the lid on the left and right are broken.

Assembling of beam groupware

Assure parallelism of both sides.

The slipping block of the optical scale should be parallel to the slipping block on the X axis and Y axis of the machine.

Debugging of metal roller and eccentric wheel

The lock screw and then adjust the circumference position of the eccentric wheel to change the gap between it and the lead rail.

Pat it with hands to slip it along the straight line lead rail. Lock the screws of the machine when the tension and the gap between it and the lead rail are proper to assure that dislocation doesn’t occur again.
