1 Check the water circulation:
(1) If no water output, please check the water pump (or chiller) itself can output water or not if not
please replace a new one instead.
If water output no problem please make sure that the chiller output connect to the machine inlet
water pipe, and the chiller input connect to the machine outlet.
If water output no problem please check the connection board No.57 LED can lighting or not
(figure 1) if not please check the water sensor (figure2) (cable disconnect or the sensor’s inside so
dirty if so please clean it or change a new one) and the water flow (if water output not frequency
and continuously please clean the water pipes or change a new chiller.

If water sensor water flow no problem but the No.57 LED light can not lighting maybe the
connection board problem please change a new one
2 If LED No.57 can lighting but still no laser when machine working please go next steps
Check the laser power supply the two fans at the front of the laser power supply can running or
not if not it means that the laser power supply problem please change a new one
If two fans can working please press the test button at the rear of the laser power supply see laser
tube itself can emit laser beam or not
If so it means that the laser tube low power or the high voltage transformer inside of the laser
power supply aging so need change one new laser tube or change one new laser power supply
If not please pull out the interface cable which connect between the laser power supply and the
connection board as the Figure 3 shows that cable. And then press the test button
If laser tube can not emit laser beam it means that the laser tube or the laser power supply problem
But it’s possible that the laser power supply problem please change a new one instead.
If it can emit laser beam but the laser beam so weak it means that the laser power supply’s High
voltage transformer problem please change a new laser power supply
If it can emit laser beam and the laser beam very strong it means that the connection board
problem, lease go to next steps check the connection board as the Figure 4 shows
IF you do all this no problem but still no laser beam output it means that the main board problem
Please change a new one
