Precautions:
The temperature of the working environment is between 18 ْC to 28 ْC (best 25 ْC)
Starting of laser power supply and Q switch is forbidden when there is no water or circulatory water is abnormal.
When abnormity occurs, turn off the power supply for laser diode and galvanometer, and then check can be executed.
Starting of other parts before the krypton lamp is on is forbidden to avoid parts being damaged by HV electricity.
Outlet end of laser power supply disallows (anode) hanging to avoid sparkles and breakdown.
The purified water should be kept clean and changed periodically. The water tank should be cleaned periodically.
Cleaning of lens
The quality and temperature of the circulatory water will directly influence the laser power and the service life of laser diode. The ion-free high-purity purified water passed test is required and its temperature should be controlled at 24 ℃ and the temperature difference should be controlled to 1℃.
Cleaning of filters and water tanks & change of circulatory water: turn off the power supply of the whole machine first, and then open the sewage draining exit on the back panel of water tank to clean it; at the same time, open the filter and clean the dirt on it and connect each connectors and change the circulatory water after it’s cleaned. Then run it for 2-3 minutes (to fulfill the laser diode with circulatory water).
Cleaning of lens (daily cleaning before working is advised and the machine should be off when cleaning) and focusing lens: disassemble the focusing lens from the fixers and fold the lens wiping paper for several times and dip it with cleaning liquid to wipe the lens’s surface for several times until it’s clean and there is no dirt and dust on its surface.
