For the purpose of vigorously expanding the technology industry and spurring technical enterprises on to independent innovation, a host of incentive policies have been unveiled by governments at both municipal and district levels to constantly lifting the innovation capabilities of scientific and technological enterprises. In the implementation of Technology Dongguan Program, Han’s Yueming Laser had, by relying on ourselves, carved out a path of innovation with unique characteristics and was awarded a dozen of projects. Among them are major special projects of cooperation between research, industry and education at provincial level, major projects supported by the Provincial government, and major special research projects of provincial and municipal levels. All of these projects enjoyed a high rate of industrial transformation. The rapid expansion of enterprise economy is contributable to no other reason but its technological innovation efforts, for which Han’s Yueming was praised and awarded at the recent commendation meeting held in Wanjiang District, Dongguan City. During the event, Li Zhongqing, deputy chairman of our Company, was invited to address the audience on the enterprise’s experience in independent innovation on behalf of all enterprises in Dongguan.



    After that, Leng Xiaoming, member of the standing committee of CPC Dongguan Municipal Committee and executive vice-mayor of Dongguan, along with He Yuepei and Chen Zhichao, director of the Science and Technology Bureau and Secretary of CPC Wanjiang District Committee respectively, paid a visit to Han’s Yueming Laser for research and investigation. Emphasis was given on visiting the Research & Development Center of our company, during which they had cordial talks with deputy chairman Li Zhongqing, the technical staff and other employees. Liu Zhijun, vice-president and technical director of our Company, also briefed the leaders from the municipal and district governments on the present status of our Company’s technological innovation and product research & development. Vice-mayor Leng Xiaoming offered his encouragement saying, “Crisis promises opportunity. Enterprises should seize the commanding height of future economic and technological development by laying emphasis on innovation, research and development, so as to gain a great leap forward.” Meanwhile, Secretary Chen Zhichao urged the enterprise to make better and more flexible use of various national policies issued in favor of technical enterprises, and strive for a listing as soon as practical.
