October 18th , 2008 witnessed the signing of a framework agreement between Shenzhen  Han's Laser Technology Co., Ltd and Dongguan Yuming Laser Technology Co., Ltd. Both  parties agreed to establish Dongguan Han's Yueming Laser Technology Co., Ltd (short as  Han's Yueming Laser) on a joint basis, and the news is to be released officially on 
January 1st , 2009.  

    Through endeavors and supports of top management from both sides, the joint project  has seen smooth progress, and such initial procedures as financial auditing, asset  evaluation and concrete cooperation approaches drafting, have been accomplished until  now. 

    According to the framework agreement, both parties will work together in the aspect  of asset purchase and business operation. Han's-Yueming Laser will purchase all the 
assets and business of Dongguan YUEMING, and the latter will grant Han's-Yueming Laser 
the right to use YUEMING 's registered brand names. Han's-Yueming Laser will continue 
to produce and distribute all the existing products and Han's-Yueming Laser will take 
over the current distribution network, and launch  new products to meet the ever-increasing market demands based on the actual market circumstances. 

    Han's-Yueming Laser, through capital expansion and asset re-organization,will gain 
a higher starting point. It will carry forward the long-cherished concepts and values 
of YUEMING Laser to shoulder more responsibilities under the present gloomy economic 
situations, in bid to build a strong and harmonious China.   

    The newly-founded Han's-Yueming Laser Technology Co., Ltd will be devoted to 
technological innovation and industrial development, and to the nation's efforts in 
transforming from Made-in-China to Design-in-China. The new Company will keep up 
optimizing the relationship with all the original suppliers of YUEMING Laser, to seek 
more win-win opportunities for its partners with a global prospect. 

    After its inauguration, Han's-Yueming Laser Technology Co., Ltd will be able to 
offer the customers with more competitive prices, more reliable quality and more 
faithful services. Han's-Yueming Laser, under the new leadership of management, will 
assume more social responsibilities with a broader vision, to promote social harmony.

and accelerating the development of laser technology industry.
