Due to the fact that it is fully automatic, quick delivery, high efficient and low cost, therefore it is the best option to replace the traditional hand-made way.

How to cut die-board by laser machine?

Firstly, adopt drawing software, such as CAD, CORELDRAW to make the cutting drawing in E-version. Secondly, input the E-version cutting drawing into the laser cutting.

Thirdly，set up the processing technique in accordance with the input drawing, such as cutting slit, bridge location, defining cutting parameter, generating NC codes, setting up the machine parameters.

When power on, the machine performs auto execution of slit on cutting mold. The whole process is controlled by computer. Mount die-cutter on cutting mold to complete the finished product.

How to make die board

a. Making the base plate for die-cutting blade: based on the processing requirement from design to draw out an outline on the base plate. Then, the outline will be referred to produce the cutter slits according to different process techniques.

b. Making die cutting blade and indentation. According to specification and requirement from design to bend the die-cutting blade and indentation to the needed shape/

c. Mounting the die-cutting blade. Based on the design specification and modeling of paper box and paper carton, die-cutting blade and indentation will be inserted into cutter slits and ensure that the two of them maintain perpendicular to the plane of base plate with proper gap being kept as well. Deforming or wiggling is not allowed during the process of insertion or processing.
