Change water and clean water tank. You should clean the water tank every week and replace circulating water once. The water quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the lifetime of laser tube. I suggest you to use purified water and water temperature controls in 35℃ below. If the temperature is more than 35℃, you need to replace circulating water or add ice into water to cool water. Usually, I recommend you using two water tanks or choosing cooling machine.

How to clean water tank of laser cutting machines? Firstly, you should take off power, pull up water pipe in water inlet, let the water inside laser tube automatically flow into water tank, open water tank, take out of pump and clean the dirt of pump. After cleaning the water tank, you can replace circulating water, replace pump, and settle everything. Finally, make the pump separately electrify and run for 2-3 minutes.
